The people you picked to deal with…Tony the house designer
and Barbara the cabinet specialist listened
to my needs and came up with great ideas.
You and your men worked hard and long hours.
The neighbors and I have been hearing a constant
stream of compliments on the house.
You’ve
paid attention to details – right down to the edging on your
wood trim and the patterns on your doors,
etc. You also do all kinds of little extras,
like the cabinets, the little deck and
stairs off the porch. It all gives your work
a special flare. You have followed up on
all the little loose ends and I can see the
pride you and your men take in the work.
Needless to say, I love my little house. It’s just perfect.

"Bill
Adinolfi of Lakeview Builders put an addition on our house in July
of 2007, a master bedroom and master bath. His work was excellent and
we would highly recommend him, the roof was removed on July 2nd and
the area was double tarped. July 4th we had high winds and heavy rains
which resulted in causing water to get in under the tarps. Upon noticing
water coming down the inside walls on the night of July 4th, we called
Bill who showed up with one of his personnel to re-tarp the work area.
Bill made good on his promise to replace all damaged ceilings, have
the water damaged furnishings repaired, including a 150 year old clock!!
All his people are high caliber and very hard workers and everything
was cleaned up at the end of each day, they are all pleasant and polite
to deal with, and did show up on schedule."
